We loved our walking tour of Funchal. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We tried some amazing food and drinks- many places that we wanted to circle back to later. We were thankful to do this at the beginning of our trip so that we could revisit places and go to other recommended spots by our guide. The small group atmosphere was wonderful and allowed us some great conversations with other people. Our host made us feel comfortable and like we were locals. Great experience. Would recommend.
The whole experience was great and Matt (our guide) was great and it was thoroughly enjoyable We thought if possible that a slight change to the order of things would maybe be to finish on the coffee and chocolates instead of the tuna but maybe that doesn’t work with the path of the tour Otherwise it was great and I will be booking the bar hopping tour in a few weeks Roy
