She was engaging and enjoyable to be around, and allowed us at certain times to drink on the experience. She went out of her way and beyond the call of duty to help us by translating our question to a JR official into Japanese and allaying our concerns re ticketing. Her command of English is very good. I enjoyed talking to Ai Kim about Fukuoka but also about life 🙂 We saw nice views of Fukuoka. From the top of Hakata station to views of the river, to pretty views of Kushida Shrine at night. Ai is very sweet, kind, and outgoing. Easy to get along with!
