Following pick-up from your resort in Fuerteventura (available from Corralejo and Castillo/Caleta de Fuste), journey to the port at Corralejo and board the express ferry to sail to Playa Blanca on the neighboring island of Lanzarote. Travel above deck and feel the sea breeze on the open-air journey. Upon arrival, get a welcome from your guide and board a comfortable, air-conditioned coach to drive to Timanfaya National Park. Enter the volcanic landscape of the island's southwest and travel across volcanic soil to marvel at the dormant volcano and other geothermal attractions of the park. Continue to the wine region of La Geria to take a look at the unique circular vineyards and sample some of the local wine. Gaze in awe at the extraordinary sight of vineyards covered in black volcanic ash.

Then, go to an aloe vera museum to learn more about the health properties of the local crop. Drive along the scenic south coast to visit the green lagoon of Charco de los Clicos and see its majestic cliffs. The aloe vera "museum" is a sales outlet and the wine tasting doesn't deserve the name as the wine is only distributed. The tour is very well planned. However, you can see a lot of the volcanoes and a lot is said about them. The geothermal experiments are a positive surprise. It's ok for photos from the bus. If you have more demands on good travel photos, you won't get your money's worth here.

An excursion to do at all costs if you are on Fuerteventura to visit Lanzarote for the day. The bus ride in the national park is just magnificent, the landscapes are breathtaking and you have the impression of literally being on Mars! Small flat, the stop at the Aloe Verra museum is not of great interest in our opinion, we lose time at the next site "The green lagoon" which would have deserved a longer visit than 20 min! The day is very rhythmic but you can see the main sites. Thank you very much to our guide who spoke in 5 different languages including French! And thanks to the driver! I recommend

The group size is huge (a double storey coach - full - picked us up in Corralejo) which then tuned into 2 full coaches when we got to Lanzarote, divided according to native language, so I wasn’t sure what what to expect, but it’s incredibly well organised and the guides are lovely. You can get a decent enough lunch of pintxos at the winery stop so you don’t need to take food. Surprisingly I really enjoyed the Aloe Vera stop, mostly because the employee there was hilarious. I started the day thinking I wouldn’t like it because of the group size but had a really good day
