We really enjoyed the tour, the walk is medium to low difficulty even in the heat but not for those who are not sure of their feet. The route is mostly paved in volcanic rocks but not smooth or level. I took my children 8 and 11 and my 8yr old decided she was afraid of heights on the way back down as the path is quite steep and a little loose. Our guide Alfredo was very helpful and steadied me as I carried my daughter down the steepest section.

Well worth the trip. In my opinion, the hike is not challenging at all, but the views from the top are incredible nonetheless. Alfredo was a great guide! Very knowledgeable, talkative, and friendly. He was super accommodating in regards to my pickup location, and communicated well throughout the booking process. It was a pleasure meeting you!

We transferred to the extended tour of North Fuerteventura. We were picked up in a minivan, together with one other couple and visited some of the highlights of the island. Our guide was attentive while giving us space at the same time. Especially the volcano is a must see if you are in the neighborhood. The hike up the volcano is not very far (about 15 minutes), but the last part is quite steep with loose and sharp rocks, so make sure you wear the right shoes.
