2nd visit here. Not as good as before but a good place to visit. Be prepared though, even if you have a printed ticket or an online booking everyone, absolutely everyone still has to queue up to get another ticket to go in and it takes ages. Also the maps are very confusing and it's a very, very big place. So come prepared for walking. On the positive side the animals look well cared for. There are plenty of big restaurants and they are very reasonable prices for food and drink. There ate lots and lots of toilet facilities and they are all spotlessly clean. If you have never been it's well worth a visit.

Bus didn’t turn up first day(broke down) but arrived ok next day! I suggest you check pick up points as they have changed due to some of the hotels being closed! Suggest you book before you go as saves time, you want all the time you can to get around! Wear sensible shoes as lots of walking and when you up hills the heat can be intense! However what a magical place! It’s like being in a rainforest, then into the desert and back again! Food and drinks reasonable and cafes well dotted around the park. Didn’t want to leave at end of day it was such a lovely place and so much to see and do! Highly recommend! The day cost me and my daughter £60 inc the free bus thought that was great x although we did go a bit mad in the shop xxx Also shout out to bus driver what a lovely guy!!

We would be picked up from the neighboring hotel at 10 and were on the road for about 1 hour, as other visitors were also collected. The employees couldn't handle the vouchers at all. These were photographed, the number was copied, slips of paper were printed and entered into the system. It all takes a long time. The park is well laid out and you can see other animals than in the Berlin zoo. The camel tour shocked us. The animals looked extremely bad and had to run ass to nose with the guests. Then the animals were changed and then had to wait forever crouching in a row. No food, no water, nothing. We hadn't imagined it that way. The camels in the park, on the other hand, seem super fit. Happy to park again, camels never torture again. There are vending machines with drinks everywhere. The water 0.5 was available here for 1 euro. 5.30 p.m. was again the meeting point for the return trip.
