Absolutely fantastic day trip, filled with loads of information from the tour guide Maria, who was absolutely amazing in leading and guiding the tour. She fluently spoke 4 languages, which was brilliant. The tour itself is rich in content, you get to see beautiful places of the island. I loved the visit to aloe vera plantations, which was great and useful. I travelled as a photographer to take the pictures and it was definitely worth it! Highly recommended! Full description

You will begin your route towards Pájara, a small oasis among barren mountains. From here you will have views of its church, which is complete with an Aztec-style façade. You will then visit Tiscamanita, stopping at an aloe vera production plant where it is possible to see where this product is created out of agave plants on the island. Next up, you will continue to Betancuria, where you will visit the Casa Santa Maria, a traditional house which collects samples and customs of the inhabitants of the island. Lunch will then be en-route to your next destination, where delicious and traditional dishes will be waiting you. After lunch you will continue the route passing the Mirador de “los Guanches” on the way to the north, before reaching Oliva. Once here you will have a panoramic view of the House of the Colonels, a former residence of the island’s authorities. Afterwards, you can see the beautiful beaches of the Dunes of Corralejo, complete with a photo-stop. This idyllic beach has been a natural setting for various Hollywood production films.

Guida molto simpatica e brava (Oliver). Penso unico tuor che parte dal sud e che ti fa fare il giro dell’isola. Abbiamo visto un bel numero di posti e durante gli spostamenti la guida ci ha raccontato aneddoti e curiosità dell’isola. Non c’è stato un momento di tempo perso. Da segnalare inoltre un attimo prezzo, considerando anche che sono compresi l’entrata al museo e il pranzo. Molto raccomandato! Unica pecca abbiamo fatto una toccata e fuga alle dune di Corralejo, forse il posto più bello dell’isola.
