We took the 100 minute tour. It was a wonderfully warm day. The tour includes an audio overhead guide in both English and German. There was a choice of sitting in the outdoor deck (few shaded spaces) or in the inside with air conditioning. There were two service areas that offered a menu of drinks and desserts.

The boat trip was very good and interesting. But after buying the ticket on GetYourGuide, it was cumbersome to have to go back to the ticket office on site to pick up the real tickets for the trip. It should be possible to be admitted directly with the online ticket.

Except for parking, everything was great, the staff was smart and friendly, they even served us, even though the description said self-service. What was explained was also short and sweet, what you need to know was said. Regret only having done the 50 minutes, will do the 100 minutes again in September.
