Unfortunately, it was not clear from the booked page that I was not in the pick-up area. After 3 phone calls and 3 hours, I was then informed of the pick-up location and Uber travel costs (I had to pay for them myself) via WhatsApp. The guide also drove the car and was on time. The walk was very nice as we saw many different species of birds, snakes, alligators and plants. Mike talked a lot about it and you could tell that he loves nature very much. He patiently answered all questions. There were small chips, etc. There was also a bottle that everyone was allowed to keep, and you could help yourself to water, mosquito spray and sunscreen. Then we took the airboat out onto the water, where we went to an island where two native women were selling baked goods and jewelry. The return trip was also pleasant and I was able to ride downtown.
