The app directed us to get our tickets across the street, however that office was closed. There were was no sign telling us where to go; we had to look around until we figured out which office could exchange our voucher (the regular ticket office ... technically we did not ' skip the line' but since we booked for the first tour of the day it wasn't a big deal).

The visit went well for us and the Galeria dos Ofícios exceeded our expectations. Only a small expectation created by GetYourGuide did not come true: the so-called small offer if we made at least €35 worth of purchases in the souvenir shop does not exist after all, at least so said the “cashman” to whom I showed him what is written here.
