Three Long queues worried me. They seemed to stretch all across the large square around the pyramid. It wasn't clear which one to join. We joined one which turned out to be correct. It took about half an hour to get into the Museum. Annoyingly, the queue to just pay at gate was smaller and quicker.

There was small queue to collect our tickets and virtually no queue to go into the gallery so 'skip the lines wasn't really needed. We got our prepaid audio guides no problem. Gallery is very interesting but pretty large so we didn't listen to half the audio as we'd have been there all day! Personally, I thought it was interesting but not amazing.

I think the audio guide + skip the line timed entrance is the best move to experience this art gallery. First, you don’t have to wait in barely any lines. Next, you have the freedom to move at your own pace, but you can also have guidance when pieces catch your eye. I went during a very busy time, and often the description panels were crowded by people and were hard to read. I just had to get a glimpse of the number, then I could step away and play my audio guide as I admired the art.
