After being picked up from the meeting point in Florence, travel into the Tuscan countryside where you will get to experience truffle hunting. Upon arrival at the historic property, you will be welcomed by your host and meet your truffle hunting guide. You guide will explain to you how to hunt for truffles then introduce you to the dogs who will be key fixtures in your truffle hunt.  Then begin your truffle hunt in the oak forest with your guide and master truffle dogs. As you walk through the forest you can see the dogs in action as they sniff out the location of the truffles in the woods which you will collect. These truffles will be the main ingredient of your meal at the winery. When you return from the hunt enjoy a cooking class where you will learn to prepare Tuscan dishes using the truffles gathered on the hunt. Once your meal has been prepared enjoy the fruits of your labor as you sit down to eat the Tuscan dishes paired with local wines.
