Our instructor was so enthusiastic, with great personality and immediately got us engaged with what she was demonstrating. our group of five learned a few new cooking techniques and we were pleasantly surprised with our tasteful meal at the conclusion of our day. We are looking forward to making pasta at home (so simple) and we were stunned with her water and olive oil trick. We highly recommend this course!
