Enjoy a cooking class at Fattoria Santo Stefano! All the class options are taught by an expert cook who will provide you with a historic overview of the dish and plenty of tips and tricks for Tuscan cooking. The first option is to learn how to make a traditional Tuscan menu. This lesson is hands-on and includes a whole Tuscan menu of starters, fresh egg pasta or gnocchi, second course or side dish and dessert. After cooking you will get to eat what you have prepared. This lesson will take approximately 3 hours, and you need a minimum of 2 participants. This course is availble both in the morning from 10am or in the afternoon from 4pm, and includes an apron, recipe book, and a bottle of wine to go with your prepared dishes. The second option is a thematic menu of your own design, where you can learn to make meat, rice, vegetable, organic foods, or quick and healthy dishes. This course will last approximately 2 hours, and you are required to have at least 4 participants. Finally, you can also take an apprach to wine tasting course, where you will be taught how to pair wine and food. This lesson will take approximately 2 hours and at least 2 participants are required.
