    Great tour

Absolutely excellent knowledgeable guide. Only difficulty was finding her at beginning of your but luckily we were helped to find het by a particularly kind and helpful guide from another company. As we were there early it should have been easy to find het. Howe at she was worth waiting for !

Franchesco was very knowledgeable and a master of avoiding the long cues , Unfortunately in order to avoid the cue at the Baptistry he did that last and ended the tour there instead of the museum . As our tickets were single entry only we were left wanting to see more in the Museum. Fortunately I explained what happened, to the staff member at the museum entry and she let us back in. I would sugest in future if this occurs the guide could perhaps take the group back to the Museum and see if he could get re entry for those who wanted it.

Interesting guide but have to wait in line for church

The guide was enthusiastic and interesting. There were no headphones but we only of 8-10 people so that was ok although those hard of hearing would struggle to hear what the guide is saying. Note that we had to wait in the queue to go into the church and do not bring backpacks as they need to be checked in at the Museo. Also note that this tour although you have a ticket to get into all areas you independently have to book a reservation time to get into the cupola (climb the dome).
