Instructions for where you pick up your preordered tickets were clear but you can only pick up 15minutes beforehand. We arrived 30min before and have to go away until the correct time. Entry was straightforward with a much shorter queue. We had downloaded a free audio tour which helped us appreciated features of Michaelangelo’s David as well as other artworks in the Academia.

Skip the queue to enter the museum, leave a bit of time to collect the tickets. There was a small queue.

We got tickets in advance and didn't wait to enter the museum. Everything worked out as planned.

This is one place you should get an advance ticket. Glad we did.

Informative and fun exhibition. Great for all ages.
