Our chef David did an excellent job of guiding us through pizza making and gelato making. Every participant makes their own pizza, from dough, to toppings. The gelato is a demonstration led by the chef with a handful of participants helping along the way. The pizza came out quite good and David provided extra tips for making it even better when not constrained for time (the dough ideally needs more time to rise). At the end of the class everyone got a scoop of the gelato made earlier. Along the way drinks were provided and David discussed what to look for when seeking gelato in the city. Overall we were quite happy and would consider another class when we return to Italy.

Our chef David did an excellent job of guiding us through pizza making and gelato making. Every participant makes their own pizza, from dough, to toppings. The gelato is a demonstration led by the chef with a handful of participants helping along the way. The pizza came out quite good and David provided extra tips for making it even better when not constrained for time (the dough ideally needs more time to rise). At the end of the class everyone got a scoop of the gelato made earlier. Along the way drinks were provided and David discussed what to look for when seeking gelato in the city. Overall we were quite happy and would consider another class when we return to Italy.

Really fun and unique experience to do in Florence. However, we only got 5 topping choices and ideally would have liked to see a few more, considering the cost of the activity. Chef Andrea was great and told us some great stories and history of Italian cuisine! The certificate from the experience was a nice touch too.
