Eat and make a delicious pizza in this cooking class with a professional chef. Travel outside Florence to a beautiful estate, learn how to make creamy gelato, and enjoy a delightful glass of wine or beer. Meet in Florence and head out of the city to an idyllic farmhouse estate. After arriving, roll up your sleeves and get ready to cook with a professional Italian chef. Make and knead the dough and choose your perfect toppings, picked from the estate's garden. Once the delicious pizza comes out of the wood oven, relax and enjoy your handiwork with a glass of Chianti wine or a cold beer. Once you've finished your pizza, join your chef for a lesson on the special techniques used to make creamy gelato.  Dig into your gelato to finish your night with a sweet treat.

A MUST DO! Worth every penny and some! Chris, Ciarla, Itziano, Carlotta & her brother were amazing…It was a fun, generous, loving, beautiful, and all organic cooking class. The best pizza we’ve had (coming from Venice & Como), best gelato ever!!!! Life changing flavors. Great tips and advice. The setting confusing at first but best you could ask for: joyous, familial, down to earth, & elevated all at once. Well organized and best activity we’ve done in Italy so far…my husband & I thoroughly enjoyed this during our 10th anniversary trip. So fun and memorable. Only 10 min walk from the Libreria in Santa Croce, and 15 min bus ride outside of town.

This cooking class was a huge highlight of our trip to Italy! Our kids both really loved this activity, which was so fun to see. The setting was picturesque, and the chefs were all delightful: skilled, funny, and kind. Max, Arla, and Tiziano put on quite a show and made this a truly memorable experience. The pizza and gelato were so fun to make and turned out fantastic! Absolutely a 10 out of 10 that I highly recommend!
