We had so much fun in this class. Learned a lot about pasta making techniques and tools and had a delicious meal. We liked that this class focused on pasta as we weren’t interested in pizza or gelato making so this was perfect. The kitchen was immaculate. The location was easy to find. We also got some great recommendations for restaurants so a win all around!

Daniela was an excellent teacher and we had an awesome time with this experience. Coming to Italy where they are known for pasta it was so fun getting to learn how to make 3 different pastas and get to enjoy the meal!! We were greeted with champagne before putting on our aprons. Each person then made a serving of pasta by hand (forming the dough, shaping and cutting the noodles) before Daniela cooked them up and served them for us to eat with wine. Overall took about 2 hours and was one of our favorite parts of the trip and we got the recipes to try at home. Definitely recommend!

Such a great experience with a friendly and enthusiastic host! Loved learning new skills and enjoying the fruits of our labour with others. Daniela was a lovely host and really made the experience so comfortable and fun. We were able to enjoy a lovely glass of chianti wine and even a lovely after dinner drink! Would definitely recommend!
