It was an excellent experience, our chef Caterina is very kind and funny person, I loved cooking with her! Highly reccomend :) First, after a meet up, you go to local parketplace with your chef, where she explains about food specialities, what to buy in special time of year, etc etc. There you can also buy very good cheeses! After that, you start your cooking lessons - first we made two sauces, after that tiramisu and at the end ravioli and tagliatelle. The chef also explains all those little secrets to be succesfull in making all this at home. And after all that, you eat all that you prepared and cooked! Highly recommended!

Our 2 chefs were informative, personable and professional. The open market tour was a great way to begin our class. It gave us an idea of how the locals eat and I found many gift ideas to take back home. The cooking instructions were clear and the result was a very enjoyable meal. My partner who was skeptical about the likelihood of enjoying a cooking class thanked me for signing us up! The entire experience was well worth it.

Great activity for the day, when I initially booked it sounded like a long time but the day went quickly! We made some delicious food and learnt some great tips for future cooking. Our chef, Katrina was both skilled and entertaining, she really made the day special. The tour of the market was a great touch and a bit different. I would definitely recommend as something to do in Florence to avoid the crowds and try something new!
