Good cooking class! We went to the local market which was fun, and were able to test some local cheeses. We went back to the kitchen where we were split into 2. One room felt more A/C than the other. We enjoyed eating the food but leading up to it was a bit slow. The first few meals you prepare it is done as a group activity for which if you are like me, is probably different than other cooking classes you have taken. We were hoping we would prepare and eat everything of our own (which we did with the pasta but not any of the sauce). Also when they cook your pasta they cook them with the entire classroom so the pasta you eat could be prepared by anybody. Good culinary experience overall.

This was a fantastic class and I had an amazing time. Loved getting a tour of the local food market and which included information on local dishes. We had 2 chefs and both were very encouraging and friendly. The class was well run and accommodating all skill levels - would love to do this one again.

Alice, our guide/chef was so personable, friendly, and full of information. She had detailed information about the market, the meats, vegetables, fruits, oils and vinegars we were seeing. In the kitchen she was inclusive, her directions were specific and clear, and she moved around the room ensuring everyone was doing well. This was a very fun and tasty activity!
