Immerse yourself in a stunning, peaceful and relaxing tour around the Boboli and Villa Bardini gardens with an expert guide. The beauty is taken to another level with the fantastic panoramic view over the city.
What to Expect
Florence is renowned for its museums and art, but lesser for its so-called "green heart". On the left bank of the River Arno, there are hectares of parks and green hills surrounding the city.
The gorgeous Boboli Garden was created so that Cosimo I of the Medici family could surround his beautiful Pitti Palace residence. It extends for 45,000 square meters and is one of the best examples of an Italian Garden, with a combination of art and nature. You'll also find an amphitheater, sculptures, ancient roman statues, fountains, green paths and late Mannerist attractions, such as the Buontalenti grotto. Numerous fruit and plant varieties from throughout the world were grown here.
Not so far from Boboli, there's another beautiful garden lying on the hill. Villa Bardini offers a breath-taking, panoramic view over the city. A restored English romantic garden, it's now full of different species of flowers, including roses, camellia, hydrangea, azaleas, viburnum and a spectacular pergola of wisteria.
A few steps from the city center, but it will be as to be so far, in a very special place!
