Enjoy a relaxing, peaceful tour with a private driver and guide who will lead you to a small town in Chianti where life stopped many years ago. Take some time to explore a ramparted village where you can listen to the silence around a country church.
Chianti is also synonymous with salami, ham, finocchiona and cheese. You will, of course, be able to enjoy a tasting of Tuscan cold cuts and Chianti Classico wine before leaving the region.
Follow this peaceful experience with lunch in the halls of the castle, or under the pergola, and in the afternoon visit the village of Montefioralle and the Romanesque church of San Cresci. You'll then move on to the Mercatale of Greve in Chianti and Ancient Falorni Butcher's shop, which will include a tasting of wine and cold cuts, before returning to Florence.

Know Before You Go
1. The activities are conducted in English at the Castle. The guide will translate into the language of the guests when needed.
2. Composition of the meal: Ham PDO, wildboar sausage and soprassata, lardin of the Val di Greve, fettunta; dish of pasta with sauce, flavorings, grilled meats (winter) - roast pork (summer) with salad and beans with olive oil and pecorino cheese tasting with vinegar “Balsamico of Verrazzano", "cantuccini" traditional Vin Santo, Grappa tasting, coffee.
3. Depending on the time of departure, the order of visits may be reversed.
