our guide was excellent. they were very easy to find at the port. gave us lots of good info prior to arrival. the coach was very comfortable too. I thought it was actually better than the 2 official tours we did through our cruise line

The meeting point is right near the cruise terminal, which was perfect for us. Someone was late, so we did leave a few minutes late, but we still got our five hours in the city like the description mentions. Everything ran smoothly and we had no issues. Our guide gave us her personal number in case anyone ran into issues while they were out in the city.

We left a little late due to people turning up late but it was a nice coach, the guide gave us a lot of information on the way and the journey was fine. It’s a limited amount of time in Florence (about 4 and half hours for us) but that’s necessary to ensure you are back to the shop on time. (We were back in plenty of time. Good valve way of doing it as was so much cheaper that cruise shore excursion. Only thing I would say is don’t follow guide to toilets when you get there, it was an extremely slow walk and when we arrived the queue was so long we didn’t bother waiting so this had wasted some of our limited time. Better to find a cafe on route in my view as we all wanted a coffee anyway.
