I have no problem in finding my guide after exited cruise terminal. Only comment is that there are many buses and it doesn't have enough direction as which is our bus and that caused us boarded the wrong bus. Fortunately, it was sorted out and got on the right bus eventually.

The guides were clearly visible at the agreed meeting point. The bus arrived on time and made a good and well-kept impression. We were delivered centrally (near the main train station) in Florence and picked up again. The explanations were good and you felt well informed and in good hands at all times.

Perfectly organized, competent contact persons, good explanations. Alessandro? Is very motivated, takes you along, open to questions. There is WiFi on the bus, there was an emergency cell phone number. You could use Google to scan and find the departure point. A count was taken to see if everyone was there.
