Very good tour if u are looking for a day trip. A lot of walking, a lot of hills and/or stairs. Face paced at times. It’s an experience to see these majestic seaside towns. Our guide was Cecelia, she was very good, well informed and kept the group together with clear instructions. Nice variety of ways to see the towns. The towns run on tourism, so prices a little extra here for food, drink, or souvenirs. Fun day and fella like you’re on a movie set with how magical the imagery is.
We booked this trip, as a lot of the reviews for the big group version of this stated the main negative being too many people. We were a little hesitant since there were not many reviews, but our feels went away quickly. Our group had ten people in total, which was the perfect size for this trip. Overall we had a lovely time, but be prepared to bring a lot of energy with you - and the knees to walk on a lot of stairs. Our guide - Lisa, was great and very responsive and lovely. This trip felt like a must-do when in Florence. The main thing to take note of is that you have about an hour max at each location, and other than being guided about five minutes at the beginning of each stop to a picturesque location, you are on your own to explore - with very little historical info being told to you. You are basically just getting support to go between the islands.
