Easy to find the tour guide. I would recommend downloading the app pop guide before hand and bringing your own head phones. As well don’t bring a water bottle more than 50ml otherwise they will make you chuck it. When you start the tour you are on the first floor, to the right you will see the exit and to the left you will see a hallway. Walk left and then straight until you hit the stairs. Walk up to level two then start the guide from A1 and work your way through to level 1 B2. Leave 3-4 hours to do this tour. It is self guided. If you don’t have the app downloaded you can walk in and there’s booths that you can buy the audio guide for 6 euros. Comes with head phones.
