They have you choose a time for the tickets, which we chose 11:30 for Uffizi and Galleria. Picked up tickets and were told we can go into Uffizi and then pick up tickets for Galleria 4 hours later. It doesn’t tell you this when you book and we had bought tickets to duomo for 3:00 to climb the stairs. So we had to tell them we had an appt for duomo stairs and needed tickets to galleria before then. They were able to accommodate us but know that they don’t give you tickets to both places at the same time and you have to go back and pick up tickets to galleria after you’re done with Uffizi. Somewhat inconvenient that they don’t tell you that you have to go back and there are time frames in which you can access tickets to both places.

There wasn't much of a skip-the-line experience, we got the tickets and still had to wait in line. You have to pick up your tickets from the main office of the company, but the tickets for Uffizi are only able to be picked up after 2 pm so we had to go back and wait for the person to go to the gallery, grab the tickets and then bring them back.

I had booked the ticket from Frankfurt, but then had to switch to another day due to a tour being postponed. Because of Easter, that was only possible on a certain day. I had to pay 30 euros for a guided visit in English. It wasn't all that good, but the lead with Leonardo was very good, both at Uffici and Accademia. On the walk there he told us some interesting things.
