Head to Piazzale degli Uffizi, 1 (the courtyard on the right side of the Uffizi Gallery entrance). Look for your host holding the Crown Tours flag and wearing a purple uniform with the Crown Tours logo. They'll be waiting for you under the "Donatello Statue."
