Fantastic Medici & Florence Insides

The tour was excellent. Our tour guide, Sigrid Hansen, gave us an amazing experience. Her knowledge about the Medici and many other Florence sites is more than detailed. We learned a lot, even considering that we had visited the city many times before. The private character of the tour gave us the chance to ask many questions and learn a lot. Highly recommended tour from our experience!

It was absolutely worth it! Great competent tour guide !!!

I was thinking a little whether I should book the tour, because the price is not cheap after all. But the tour was worth it and the lady who led the tour was very knowledgeable and very personable! I really enjoyed it. I would recommend the tour anytime. The lady was also very punctual and there were no problems with the mobile phone ticket either!

Great guide, but tour was not quite what we expected

As it said in the description, we would get to see the Palazzo Medici, that's what we expected to see. However, we didn't, which was a pity because I was real looking forward to this. I assume the palazzo was closed but no-one told us in advance. We got a really great tour around the city and the guide was really competent. However, we had an 11-year old with us who was pretty exhausted because he had to walk so much. We booked the tour because we thought it would be exciting for the kid but he didn't get much out of it. That was a little disappointing. Nevertheless, we learned a lot about the Medici family and the history of Florence.
