Sylvia was incredible! Having an expert guide us through the Academia and Uffizi was ideal. She knew the high points and had such incredible insights. Skipping the line was also a huge plus. We walked by several folks in a long line, so we got to explore more in Florence!

The tour itself was really great. Two amazing museums! Beautiful. Our bus from our cruise ship was late leaving the port so we were late arriving. Our guides and the coordinators were amazingly helpful and assisted us with finding our group. It was a very special touch and made our little group of confused tourists very happy!!

Our tour guide Rosa was excellent. She has studied art history and was so informative - we leaned so much about the Masterpieces. Our tour was 15 people so I’m not sure it’s really “small” as pictured in the advertisement - this is more of a tour operator issue. I would have preferred a smaller group (as pictured) as the museums are very crowded. I don’t recommend booking tours on the weekends if possible due to crowds.
