i was running superlate and was not expecting to even use my ticket because i missed the time-slot. then Marco from GetYourGuide got in touch to ask where i was and ensured me i could come in when it suited me. very nice and accomodating, also very friendly at the desk. Uffizi was ok, i was slightly overwhelmed and distracted by the amount of people there.

Busy. But they have a roof deck cafe if you want to break up your visit. In my opinion it is the best gallery in the world. And I have been to the Met. Louvre. Tate. Prada. What it has is a lot of Greek and Roman stuff and then Renaissance which really restarted art as we know it

Le point de rendez-vous pour récupérer nos billets nous a fait perdre du temps puisqu’il n’était pas très visible. On aurait pu acheter nos billets à la billetterie du musée, ce qui nous aurait coûter moins cher ( c’était fin octobre et il n’y avait pas foule ) Le billet coupe-file n’a pas été très utile puisqu’on y rentrait sans problème à l’heure du midi. Mais la gallérie de offices en elle-même vaut amplement la visite.
