- The tour can be subject of rescheduling or cancellation if the activity does not reach the minimum amount of participants (2 people)
- On the first Sunday of each month, entrance is free of charge, but as tickets can't be reserved ahead of time, entry is not guaranteed
- Late arrivals and people who do not show up for the tour will be considered as no-shows and will not be entitled to a refund.
- Tour bookings impose strict timetables. If you are late, you will not be able to join the group or reschedule the activity, unless you pay for the activity again (subject to availability).
