Surprisingly the Medici Chapel was so much nicer than the Duomo. And the line to enter the Duomo was very long. With this pass you enter the chapel (and two other sites) without waiting. The chapel is gorgeous; one of the most beautiful in all our travels.

We went there early so the "skip the line" thing wasn't really needed. But knowing you have a reserved entrance helps a lot when you're against the clock. All in all, it does what it says and the experience was a very pleasant one. Staff was very kind and helpful, the place is worth visiting.

There are two queues to get in one for with reservations and one without. The man on the door kept letting in those without reservations and claimed the machine was broken so those of us with reservations couldn’t go in yet. When we were finally let in, there was no such machine - they’re just trying to make as much money as possible. Our reservations were also at an inflated price. I’d recommend just going early and queueing to buy a ticket on the door. Once inside the chapel was well worth seeing.
