Informative tour with competent tour guide. However, the tour lasted more than 1 hour longer than planned, partly because a big city run was taking place at the same time and there were a lot of people in the city, but also because the guide had a lot to tell. Didn't bother us much, but you should know that and plan more time in the back. For us, lunch before the subsequent visit to the Uffizi (for which you also have to plan some time) was much shorter. The information could be structured a little better so that it is easier to follow.

The tour was a lot of fun, it was super interesting to explore Florence in the footsteps of the Medici. The tour is highly recommended for those who, after all the art in the city, would like to learn more about one of the most fascinating centuries in the history of Florence and everyday life under the rule of the Medici.
