Please note that you do not have to meet someone for this activity as the evening before your visit (around 7p.m), the tickets and all the necessary information will be sent by WhatsApp, iMessage, or email. You still need to reach the Lindt chocolate shop as the Dome entrance (for climbing) is located opposite the store. Last minute customer will receive their tickets promptly.

Know before you go
- - You will have to climb 463 steps to reach the top of the Domo. There is no elevator in the complex
- - No backpacks are allowed inside.
- - Ticket and security checks are mandatory before the tour
- - The Cathedral and the crypt remain closed on Sundays and during Christian holidays
- - Shoulders and knees must be covered to get into the cathedral's ground floor, baptistery, and crypt, but not required in other sites of the dome
- - The Cathedral may be closed for liturgical reasons without notice
- -The 3-day pass availability start from the morning date you reserved
- - The Baptistery is undergoing restoration of the mosaics of the vault.
- - Every first Sunday of the month the Baptistery will close at 2.00 pm.
- - The Museum is closed on the first Tuesday of each month.
