Giovanni was very personable and explained everything to us very well. But unfortunately we had booked a German-speaking tour. At short notice, the tour was then conducted in English. The ticket for the cathedral ascent also included the ticket for the cathedral museum. We would have liked to have looked at this, but unfortunately it was closed. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to visit the museum the next day either, since we unfortunately had to leave the city at 1 p.m. and the museum only opened its doors at 2 p.m. that day. What a pity!

Good time. The explanations of the guide allowed us to really understand the history of this place. On the other hand, the "guided" visit only includes the presentation of the baptistery (small but interesting) and that of the cathedral (which inside is very classic). Interesting so to make the climb of the duomo that we do independently, even if the price is a bit expensive.

We booked a group guided tour with my partner and his brother, we were expecting to be more numerous, in the end there were only 3 of us. The meeting point was easy to find and well indicated, the guide was very pleasant, the information provided were relevant although slightly superficial. The latter took care to contextualize the visit and to present us with a brief history of the city and the monuments. The visit, although short, was relevant and our guide gave us some key elements to continue the visit of the Duomo without it.
