Shuttle service was clean and efficient. Only suggestion for improvement is to run a mid-afternoon service. We caught the 9.30am shuttle, arrived just before 10.30am, and the only return options were 1.00pm and 5.30pm. The 1.00pm did not really allow enought time to get around the whole centre, by the time you allow for trying items on, paying, getting tax-free forms done, and 5.30pm was really too long at the centre. A 2.30pm service might be better than 1.00pm?

Foarte bine organizat un orar bun dar am gasit greu stația din Florența nu sunt indicatoare. Pentru întoarcere nu e problema unde te lasa de acolo te ia este indicator dar cam mic. Mulțumesc conducătorului autobuzului a fost amabil și mi-a răspuns la întrebări. Merita folosiți acest autobus

O local bom com lojas de grifes que realmente são muito caras. Não vi muitas promoções e o voucher de desconto não é válido nas lojas participantes pq eles alegam q já estão em promoção. Achei um pouco de enganação. Pra quem pode gastar o local é perfeito.
