As I’m writing this Elvis only has 2 reviews on GetYourGuide and that is a travesty. The tour was amazing and the price is better than any other guided academia tour you are going to find. It is a skip the line tour where you get to walk straight in at the meeting time. Elvis was a knowledgeable and charismatic tour guide who kept the whole group engaged for the duration of the tour while really telling you the history behind each sculpture. One of the best tour guides in Florence.

I got skip the line, which was the only benefit, but way too expensive. Didn’t like it that the price paid through get your guide originally didn’t include €17 ticket price. There was not much content apart from the Statue of David, so not value for money to pay so much for an hour’s guide only, and then pay more the the entry. I paid far less for more enthusiastic guides for 3-4 hours including entry ticket price.

A knowledgeable, engaging guide that have us a lot of interesting information on the David statue. It might be worthnoting that this the only piece of art that' is discussed. If you are looking to jump the lines to get into the Galleria and find out more about David, then this your tour!
