Our guide Galya is very good and gave us a very good tour and explanation of Accademia. One thing to improve on is the meeting up, it was very chaotic and confusing.

The tour itself was very good. There was a little confusion finding the right tour guide for this trip. It was kind of chaotic on the street. Once you found your guide and got to go into the museum it was excellent. She was excellent.

Our guided tour of the Accademia dell’Arte with Alfonso from THE TRAVELER TOURS was one of the highlights of our time in Florence. Skipping the long lines was a blessing, and once inside, Alfonso’s relaxed and humorous style made navigating the crowded museum a pleasure. He expertly selected the most significant pieces—from paintings to musical instruments and sculptures—sharing fascinating insights that made each work come alive. Saving Michelangelo’s majestic statue of David for last was the perfect finale. An inspiring and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
