Makes the mechanical drawings and ideas of Da Vinci come to life like nothing I have seen. It is really great for the kids but it is also great for the adults. Amazing how much was packed into every inch of the museum. Note, if you are going there to see a bunch of Da Vinci paintings, this is not your stop.

This museum is definitely worth the visit. It’s just a small space, but I spent so much time just playing with the machines. Made me feel like a kid again, and made me appreciate da Vinci’s talent like never before! Really such a pleasant surprise — especially after you’ve just been to dozens of museums just full of paintings / sculptures.

If this type of science and creativity is of interest to you - you will enjoy it as I did. It is small enough that you can stop and read all boards and try all mechanisms within an hour or just breeze through (like my travel companions) if you just want to see. Most impressed to see that we are still using the designs and concepts created by Leonardo to this day. He was a genius before his time.
