Full description
This unique 5-hour experience is designed to show you the best the Chianti region has to offer, including its history, landscapes, wine, and culinary traditions. You’ll enjoy dinner under the stars in the vineyards of a Chianti estate. Immerse yourself in the ancient traditions as you take in the colors, the flavors, and the smells of the countryside. In addition to a delicious dinner of local products and dishes, you’ll be surrounded by the charming vineyard landscapes, which characterize the whole of the Chianti region. When you arrive at the estate you’ll be given a glass to carry on your visit to the farm’s wineries so you can enjoy a number of wine tastings along this small-scaled wine route. After the tastings you’ll head to the vineyards for dinner, the evening’s main event. You’ll eat by the light of candles and torches, with music in the background. Among the dishes you’ll savor are pappa al pomodoro or ribollita (both typical recipes from the local culture), barbecued meat, and fresh seasonal vegetables from the farm. The rural yet elegant setting of the estate is the perfect frame for this memorable evening.

This particular family owned vineyard was awesome all around. Gabriel was an outstanding host and very funny. We ended up ordering way more wine to be shipped to our house than we initially intended because it was that good. One of the coolest parts is that between the seven massive vineyards they own, they don’t sell to stores or restaurants, they only sell to people who visit the vineyard and get on the list to buy directly from them. So they make all their money on direct orders from the customers, which actually helped them greatly during the pandemic lockdown. You definitely need to check this place out. The wine and the food are stellar, of course, but also be sure to try their balsamic as well as their truffle oil. They’re delectable.

      Wonderful Evening!

We had a great time on this adventure. The vineyard and surroundings were beautiful. Dinner was not as good as the food we experienced in the rest of our Italy trip but the ambiance made up for that. We especially had a great time with the group we were seated with. There was a bachelorette party from Bologna and were completely entertained by one of the girls in the group-Federica. She made it the night unforgettable (in a good way). We will always have fond memories of this night due to her.

      Nice evening

Great evening out to see the Poggio Amorelli winery. We loved everyone that accompanied us, including Maria, Dario and the winery rep Alessandro. There were nice blankets for everyone since the weather was starting to cool down at the night. The atmosphere was amazing. The only thing that I was a bit less impressed with was the food itself. I thought the dinner was simply ok, and there could have been more wine served. The glasses were empty most of the time during the dinner, and I was expecting refills at least while we eat. Altogether, it was a really nice evening out, the views were stunning and we had great company!
