To be on time when you are on a cruise is imperative. Tuscany Bus/Livorno City Sightseeing means superb service and punctuality. This was my 2nd booking with them, back in 2018 we went to Pisa now in 2022 we opt to go to Firenze. On both times we had always returned to our ship in time. On this particular occasion, 2 passengers on the coach decided to return to the ship without notifying anyone. We spent an extra 20 mins waiting in the coach while the onboard host and driver tried to look out for them and for several times they tried to call them. But seems they were ignoring the calls. We would like to thank especially Melissa, the host and Massimiliano, the driver for their professionalism. For making our trip to Firenze impeccable although the late departure from Firenze. We thank them also for the fact they went that extra mile to make up for the time lost and drop us at the pier instead in the city centre, a gesture appreciated by everyone onboard. Good transportation! Great way to go to Florence without hassle. They are literally waiting for you right where the cruise shuttle drops you off, so it was no trouble finding them or getting back to the port. The wifi connection was rather poor and my husband couldn't get his phone to connect, hence -1 star, but the bus was comfortable. They provided Florence maps as well. Would do again, but maybe also add the Pisa trip as well.

We were transferred to the Florence and Pisa excursion at short notice, although having booked at short notice this wasn’t a problem. It meant we didn’t have any tour as such included though and it was purely transport from Livorno to Florence to Pisa to Livorno. We were left to explore on our own in Florence and Pisa, which was fine for us but others may prefer a guided tour with such a short visit.
