Our tour guide Constanze was born and raised in Florence and incredibly friendly and knowledge. She spoke perfect English and was obviously an art enthusiast which came across in her tour. She answered all our follow-up questions, pointed out her favourite restaurants and shops, and was generally just a delight to talk to as we explored Florence. We were also gifted ice cream tickets for Florence’s oldest ice cream shop at the end of the tour and it was amazing! Nicest of the trip. 10/10 would recommend.

Giacomo was one of the best tour guides we ever had. He went above and beyond in teaching us about the complex history of Florence in an engaging and accessible way and was kind enough to answer all of our questions. The ice cream was great too - not a tourist trap. We'd recommend his tour to everyone!

Claudia…A+!! 5 stars!! Claudia gave us such a great tour. She is incredibly knowledgeable (and our tour only barely scratch the surface of her knowledge!) and engaging. I love that she directed a lot of her attention to our girls, 10 & 7, making sure they were interested and that they understood what she was saying. Her English is impeccable. Ending the tour at a cafe for cappuccinos, croissants, and gelato for the girls was a perfecting ending. We sat and chatted and learned more about the area and Claudia’s extensive experience and training as a tour guide. She also gave great recommendations for restaurants and quality leather products in the city. Thank you again, Claudia! We hope to visit again for a more in-depth tour with you of some of our favorite sites!
