The Red Wines
Here you will be introduced to the main Tuscan red wines. You'll learn about the traditional denomination of origin (D.O.C.); the role of the Cabernet, and the new trends. Every session is accompanied by traditional appetizers, olive paté, toasted bread with tomato, garlic and basil, and mixed Tuscan cheeses.
The White Wines
This lesson will introduce you to the main Tuscan white wines and give you descriptions of the most widespread vines. You'll learn about the new trend toward Chardonnay and Sauvignon, and much more. Each session is accompanied by traditional appetizers, slices of toasted bread with tomato and garlic, olive oil and basil.
The Rosé Wines
This lesson introduces you to main Tuscan rosé wines and how they differ from both red and white wine. You'll learn about the importance of the French model and the latest trends in rosé wine. Every session is accompanied by traditional appetizers, slices of toasted bread with tomato and garlic, olive oil and basil.

The location is in a historic building in the tree-lined Piazza D’Azeglio 20. Just a couple of minutes’ walk away is the S. Ambrogio district with its antique food stalls and flea market. By car, we suggest to drive to S.Ambrogio Market Parking, leave the car and in 5 minutes you can walk to the front of our location. By train, you can stop at Campo di Marte railway station and in 10 minutes walking you are at our location. When you stop to S.Maria Novella, the main station in Florence, please, take the bus number 6 and get off in Piazza D'Azeglio (Open in Google Maps)
