There were traffic issues earlier in the morning and they were working to ensure everyone got their money’s worth. The guide was very helpful with information to switch lines. Got to see things I hadn’t seen yet and I had been here 4 days already. Definitely recommend for leisurely sight seeing.

Enjoyed the bus tour, headphones & tour information worked fine, bus was clean. It was only an hour tour on the 1 route. Seemed to have several adverts plugging other trips and not much information about Florence, so could do with adding more. Beautiful views of skyline Florence from the hills.

The hop on hop off bus tour was excellent. We were only in Florence for two days so this helped us see the sights in a short space of time. The bus was every hour during the week which meant when we missed one pick up we had to wait another hour. At the weekend it's every 30 mins, which would have been better, but we were limited with our days we were in Florence.
