Journey beyond Tromsø, far from the city's light pollution, in search of the breathtaking Northern Lights with an experienced guide. Marvel at the immense beauty of the Arctic as you share stories with your fellow travelers by a crackling bonfire. What to Expect: From September 1st, 2025: Tour starts at 19:00 (meeting time 18:45). From September 21st, 2025: Tour starts at 18:30 (meeting time 18:15) From March 16th, 2026: Tour starts at 19:00 (meeting time 18:45) Meet your guide in the heart of Tromsø and hop aboard a comfortable minibus. Before setting off, your guide will provide a detailed explanation of the night’s weather conditions, the planned route, and the chances of spotting the Northern Lights. As you journey toward the best possible viewing location, your guide will share fascinating insights about the Northern Lights, the local area, history, climate, and wildlife. Our guides carefully monitor weather forecasts, ensuring we take you to the most promising location—even if that means crossing the border into Finland. Once the perfect spot is found, relax with a cup of hot chocolate and take in the Arctic wilderness. We always aim to make a bonfire for extra warmth and atmosphere, but due to weather conditions and long driving distances, this may not always be possible. We bring firewood with us and will make a bonfire whenever conditions allow—but it is not guaranteed. While at the chosen location, enjoy some light snacks and the stunning scenery. Your guide will be available throughout the tour to assist you and answer any questions. If you get cold, thermal suits are available on the minibus to keep you warm. When the Northern Lights appear, your guide—an experienced photographer—will capture high-quality professional photos of you, as many as you’d like, ensuring you take home incredible memories of the night. If weather conditions are challenging, we may need to move between multiple locations in search of clear skies. Your guide will continuously monitor the forecast to maximize your chances of witnessing the Aurora. Once the tour comes to an end , we will return to Tromsø, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation or hotel.

Experience Reindeer Farm, Husky Sled Ride & Santa Claus Village! Your day will start with transfer to the farm, where you will be able to ride your own reindeer sledge in a brief, 500m long ride. Your newly learned skills will be rewarded with a Reindeer Sledge Driver’s License! Next, make your way to the Alaskan Huskies where you will find these beautiful, loyal, and energetic companions. Experience the Alaskan Huskies in action on a 500m long sleigh ride. Enjoy a traditional salmon soup or vegetarian soup lunch during your visit and listen to the local reindeer herders as they tell you more about the herding lifestyle and how it is to be a reindeer herder in the 21st century. After the farm visit, you will be taken to the Santa Claus Village where you will have some free time to explore at your own pace. You have the opportunity to experience the Christmas atmosphere, step across the Arctic Circle, meet Santa Claus and children under 150cm can try mini snowmobiling for 10 minutes on our mini-track. Your day will conclude with drop-off back to Rovaniemi.

Estonia’s capital, Tallinn, lies across the Gulf of Finland from Helsinki: an easy day trip by ferry for those keen to experience its medieval charms. Secure your place on the ferry with a convenient crossing time. Cruise across the Gulf, and enjoy up to 9.5 hours to explore independently. Delve into Tallinn’s UNESCO-listed Old Town and enjoy the museums, shops, and restaurants. Tickets include entry on board and seating. You can spend your time on board visiting one of the restaurants, shopping at the Traveller Superstore, or enjoying the scenery of the archipelago passing by. It is about a 20-minute walk from the Tallinn D-terminal to the old town, or you can take a taxi from the terminal building. You can also visit different museums like the KUMU art museum or the baroque architecture of the Kadriorg Palace. Depending on the chosen departures you will have up to 9.5 hours to explore Tallinn.

On this boat ride you’ll also hear about Helsinki’s fascinating history from commentary that’s provided during the cruise. There will also be information booklets available in 8 other languages. When everyone is ready, your journey to meet the reindeers at Reindeer Manor, 20-minutes drive away from the center of Rovaniemi begins. You can meet the friendly reindeer and enjoy a brief 500m long reindeer sledge ride. Local reindeer herders will be present to share their insights and address any queries you may have about the distinctive lifestyle and customs of the region’s reindeer herders.
