Overcrowded with inconsiderate people. The main thing is that their bags have somewhere to sit. So three people had to sit spread out. The upper floor was not opened and you weren't even allowed to go outside to see some of the landscape. There was also a port fee. Far too expensive for a 2 hour journey without seeing anything.
