Next, continue to the largest Tannerie Chouara where workers produce high-quality leather. You will also visit Islamic schools like Madrasa Bouanania, Madrasa El-Attarine, Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, and the iconic Nejjarine Fountain.

We strongly recommend this tour to have a great cultural experience and a chance to know Fes in all its glory. Our tour guide Hamid was very knowledgeable and not only took us to the best spots around the old city, but also gave us very valuable information about the history and lifestyle of the people of the medina. He is in my opinion the best tour guide we’ve had in many years of international travels. Don’t miss this one if you want to experience the real Fes and all it has to offer.

Il tour è stato interessante, ci è piaciuto visitare la fabbrica di ceramica e la conceria. Non ci è piaciuto l'obbligo di andare dentro i negozi della Medina,con la scusa che c'era una terrazzo con bella vista, e dover ascoltare la presentazione dei loro manufatti (tappeti, tessuti, farmacia berbera,....) sentendosi poi in obbligo di acquistare qualcosa. Così oltretutto si perde un sacco di tempo. Infatti siamo rientrati al Riad stanchissime.
