The meeting and ticketing process was sort of confusing when we arrived. The location stated on our confirmation emails was not the location we met our tour guide at. The email states to meet at the ticket booth beside Gate D, HOWEVER the actual meeting place was inside the Team Store directly across the street from Gate D. We also could not use our mobile tickets administered from this 3rd party site, therefore we had to walk to a different gate at the end of the block to get physical tickets printed and then return to the meeting spot to begin the tour. Maybe the instructions from this website need to be updated to provide the correct info. Otherwise, the tour guides were wonderful and we had an amazing time!

Fantastic experience, saw many parts of Fenway that you otherwise wouldn’t see at a game such as the press boxes and all the different types of seats including that in the green area. Tour guide was captivating and fantastic. Would recommend, worth the money!

Our guide most certainly knew all her facts. All in all it was a great tour. Make sure if you buy your tickets online go by ticket office and get a paper ticket. Also they do not allow backpacks ( that one I can’t figure out) Also no in advance that it a lot of up and down walking in an hour.
