Jackson was our tour guide for the day, with Fabio as the driver. Jackson was very knowledgeable in the history of Calgary as well as Banff. He was indeed very hospitable and was very attentive to the tourists’ questions. He was so cool and made the rest of the group laughed when he cracked some jokes. He was cool as well and is very accommodating! On the other hand, Fabio’s driving was very safe and he got us to the tourist’s spots on time. This tour is Highly recommended! Thanks a lot

Great to have 1.5 hours at each lake by ourselves to explore at our own leisure. Our driver was excellent and all the guides etc at each location knew her. Beautiful lakes and had time to walk around Lake Louise and to climb the mountain at Lake Moraine.

Great way to see both lakes and easier to park at Banff than at Lake Louise. The main improvement would be to have the meeting area better described. It was just an open parking lot behind the hotel with no signage.

RJ was our driver, very kind, gave explanations and clear instructions regarding our trip and departure times at the different locations.

Brooke was a really great tour guide! Beautiful day! Thank you!
