Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure everyone was comfortable. The hot springs paired nicely with the indoor pool for cooling off. Make sure to bring snacks if you don’t want to buy food up at the resort. Bring a bottle of water, they have refill stations. Overall incredible experience and very happy with my booking.

It was a long drive but Jessica our guide kept it interesting with information about Fairbanks the Dalton highway and wildlife. We saw the aurora and our guide was fantastic at helping us get the best pictures. A great group of people as well ,seeing as I was on my own.

It was very nice, I enjoyed the view of Chena Hot Springs, the ice castle. It was amazingly beautiful, except nature did not cooperate, it was a rainy day, and then became foggy, impossible to see the Northern Lights.

The tour guide was wonderful. I took this tour in a raining day and the tour guide, Kevin, had to drive several locations to finally find aurora lights.
