After a quick stop to use the restrooms, at Porto Vromi in Anafonitria or Agios Nikolaos (according to the weather conditions) take the boat (medium size) for a 3 hours mini cruise to the Shipwreck beach and Blue Caves. As soon as you approach, it gives you a spectacular turquoise color of the water. The beach is closed, for safety reasons, because the area is still prone to landslides. The famous 2,000-year-old olive tree is located in the village of Exo Chora. It is one of the seven oldest olive trees in the Mediterranean, and probably one of the oldest olive trees in the world. It is one of the seven oldest olive trees in the Mediterranean, and probably one of the oldest olive trees in the world. It is believed to be at least 2000 years old based on tree ring analysis. It still produces olives to this day. You will also have the chance to taste some traditional products of the area from the local farmers. As you are heading to your final destination the colors of the sky will lead you to Shiza in Kampi where you will taste the local delicacies of Michali's family-run tavern.
